Do you know what kinds of galvanized sheet are divided into?

Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: A sheet of steel with a layer of zinc adhered to its surface by immersing the sheet in a molten zinc bath. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, galvanized steel plate is made by continuously immersing the rolled steel plate in a plating tank with molten zinc;
Alloyed galvanized steel sheet: This steel sheet is also made by hot-dip method, but immediately after being out of the tank, it is heated to about 500°C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized sheet has good paint adhesion and weldability;
Electro-galvanized steel sheet: This galvanized steel sheet produced by electroplating has good workability. However, the coating is thin, and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of the hot-dip galvanized sheet;

Single-sided and double-sided galvanized steel sheets: single-sided galvanized steel sheets, i.e. products that are galvanized on only one side. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, painting, anti-rust treatment, processing, etc. In order to overcome the shortcoming of uncoated zinc on one side, there is another galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided galvanized sheet;
Alloy, composite galvanized steel sheet: It is a steel sheet plated with zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc alloy and even composite. This kind of steel plate not only has excellent anti-rust performance, but also has good coating performance;
In addition to the above five types, there are also colored galvanized steel sheets, printed and painted galvanized steel sheets, and PVC laminated galvanized steel sheets. But the more commonly used is still hot-dip galvanized sheet.
Well, this is the end of my sharing. I hope my sharing can bring you different harvests.
